SUMMARY:Knitters Night Out West (KNOW)
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a program on the Basics of Tunisian Crochet. Tracy Reid will be showing us how to do this fun craft. \nNo homework is necessary\, but those who would like to try making a small swatch can bring some light-colored worsted or DK weight yarn and a straight\, non-ergonomic crochet hook that is 2 to 3 sizes larger than what is recommended for the yarn.\nA Tunisian crochet hook is not necessary for a small sample\, but if you already have one feel free to bring it. An instructional handout will be provided for those who want to try practicing on their own. Tracy will bring finished projects\, swatches\, tools and a couple books to share as well. \nShe will be using this free pattern for the demo and swatch. \nMany members often come early to have dinner and show support for the restaurant and their generosity in letting us meet there. Guild members and visitors are welcome to join us!
