She is asking members to bring 2 contrasting colors of smooth worsted weight yarn\, 2 balls that are 6 yards each for the background and 1 ball of 4 yards for the diamond pattern. Using #8 size needles\, cast on 21 stitches of the background color and knit 2 rows. If you have bobbins\, you can wind the yarn on them. A pattern will be provided at the meeting. \nWe will also be sharing the completed blocks that members have knitted for the Charity Blanket project.
