SUMMARY:SoCK Meeting - Flower Stitches
DESCRIPTION:April showers bring May FLOWERS! Come join us for a program on different flower stitches! \nFor our knitters: We will learn about the lotus\, daisy\, dahlia\, cornflower\, and dandelion flower stitches. Bring some stash yarn to practice and have corresponding needles. \nThe featured pattern is the “Knitted Flower Tutorial” by Julie Taylor. You will need 2 colors: approx.10 yards of DK yarn (main) & approx. 1 yard of DK yarn (contrasting); size US 6 (4mm) needles. You may use other weight yarn with corresponding needles. \n  \nFor our crocheters: We will create a tulip stitch\, worked in multiples of 2 + 3. Bring with you 3 colors of your choosing (recommended 1 to be a green) and a corresponding size crochet hook! \n  \nNote: HYBRID Meeting \n\n\n\nFor those comfortable and wanting to meet in-person\, the meeting will be held in the Richard and Meg Weekly Community Center\nFor those wishing to stay on Zoom\, the meeting also will be hosted virtually\nIf you need an invite\, please email knitatnightguildsock@gmail.com
