Grab some yarn and knitting needles or a crochet hook and come have fun with Sheryl Means “doodling with yarn”. Learn to create a one of a kind fabric that can be as structured or unstructured as you are comfortable with. There are no rules, only fun with a few simple guidelines. Handouts will be provided so you can enjoy the freedom of making unique fiber art wearables at home.
Materials to bring:
– Small amounts of yarn in different weights ranging from lace to worsted, textures, etc. in a color palette that pleases you.
– Knitting needles sizes 6-8 & Crochet hooks G-J, depending on your personal gauge. (The goal is for a looser than normal gauge and we might even use more than one size!)
– General supply kit with scissors, finishing needles, stitch markers, etc.
