We will continue our anticipation and preparation for Houston Fiber Fest. Please bring projects you have made with yarn purchased at past Houston Fiber Fests (or just bring the yarn if you are still thinking about the perfect project for that yarn). We will discuss vendors and share our shopping lists!

Demos could relate to knitting, crocheting, spinning, felting, dyeing, etc. Opportunities are available on Friday and Saturday, June 21-22, 10:30 – 5:30 and on Sunday, June 23, 10:30 – 2:30. Kid ‘N Ewe Fiber Festival
Kid ‘N Ewe is Texas’s premier fiber arts festival for spinners, weavers, knitters, crocheters, felters, and anyone else who enjoys the wide variety of fiber arts.
This year the festival will be held in a new location – the Hill Country Youth Event Center in Kerrville, TX.
Houston Fiber Fest 2017
There’s more to Houston Fiber Fest than just classes and shopping; there’s also the fun of meeting new friends! The Meet-Up Table in the atrium (look for the balloons!) is the place to be. There will be knit- and crochet-alongs, stitch marker swaps, demos, and lots of opportunities for you to talk with other Houston area fiber enthusiasts who share your interests. When the vendor hall closes on Friday and Saturday evening, gather at the table to coordinate group outings to local restaurants.
