KANG 2025 Retreat

The retreat dates are Thursday, March 27 at 1PM to Sunday, March 30th at 11AM.
This year’s KANG retreat promises to be very emotionally supportive with a bed & in-room bathroom, 7 meals, a goody bag, and a complete project. There will be puzzles and games, Bingo and prizes, stations to make stitch markers, needle pecking, evening fires and lots of personal knitting time. Again this year, we will have dinner on our own on Saturday evening in town.

Charity Knit-Together Event

What: Charity Knit-Together event
When: Sunday, November 14th from 12 noon – 3PM
Where: Memorial Park, near Picnic Area #2

Come out and drop off completed items, and pick up yarn for your next charity project; stay, swap stories, stitch with us. Look for the ladies with the yarn!
To Bring: 
  • A chair
  • A small cooler with your own drinks/snacks
  • Your needles and/or hooks
  • Your favorite pattern
DO NOT BRING YARN… we have you covered!!

We’ll be under the tents just outside the front door. Look for the ladies with the yarn! 

*Note: The brewery gets busy on Saturday, so come early and claim a seat!!

Officer Hand-off Meeting

If you are a new, continuing, or outgoing officer for one of the chapters or the executive board, please plan to attend the hand-off meeting on July 27.  The meeting will be held at Trini Mendenhall Sosa Community Center from 8:30 am to noon.
