KNOT Mtg – Holiday Potluck

The November KNOT meeting will be held the 3rd Thursday (Dec 15), in place of the 4th Thursday due to Christmas. 
 
We will have a potluck and yarn exchange. Please bring your favorite savory or sweet dish to share, and 1 to 2 skeins of nice yarn. Please label the outside of the package with the weight of yarn.

KNOT Mtg – Simple Brioche

The November KNOT meeting will be held the 3rd Thursday (Nov 17), in place of the 4th Thursday (Thanksgiving).  Please note that the December meeting will be held on the 3rd Thursday of December.
 
The November program will be a presentation by Sue Werner on the simple, single-color Brioche stitch. The Brioche Stitch is reversible and looks a bit like a 1×1 rib. It’s not knit that way!! The result is a thick stretchy fabric that is great for hats, scarves, and sweaters.  Please join us for a fun evening!

KNOT – Skills Night

The October meeting will be a SKILLS NIGHT, where a variety of small groups will be able to learn things such as: the knit linen stitch, crochet granny squares, and crocheting with beads, all taught by KNOT members.
