Knitters Night in Town (KNIT)

For our January meeting, Sparrow will teach Portuguese knitting.

Portuguese style is a way of holding, tensioning, and flicking your yarn that requires minimal hand movement when switching from knit to purl stitches – perfect for ribbing!

Homework: Bring a medium-weight yarn and appropriate size needles to try out this new technique – no other accessories are necessary. If you have a pin or brooch for Portuguese knitting, please bring it to show.
